All clients must sign the West Thames College client policy before any treatment.
Prices are subject to change depending on products and services used. We regret that we cannot take debit or credit card payments. If you are unable to keep your appointment, please phone to cancel at least 24 hours in advance so that students do not miss out on assessments. If you cancel or miss appointments frequently, you may be removed from our books.
Courses of treatments must be paid for on the first visit. If you need to cancel a session please give at least 24 hours notice, or you may lose one of your prepaid sessions.
Please note that children under 16 years of age are not permitted in the salon due to insurance restrictions.
Clients are asked to switch off their mobile phones whilst in the salon.
