Catering and professional cookery courses at our Skills Centre in Feltham give you the opportunity to train in professional industry-standard kitchens, preparing meals for staff, students and visitors.

  • Students regularly win industry competitions including Salon Culinaire and World Skills UK
  • Visit trade exhibitions such as Hotelympia and the Hotel & Catering Show
  • Work experience in top venues. e.g. Marriott and Hilton Hotels, BAFTAs and Royal Ascot
