  • Train in industry-standard kitchens at the Feltham Skills Centre
  • Prepare and serve meals for staff, students and visitors
  • Work as a team with Level 3 students in charge
  • Participate in catering industry competitions
  • In 2010 our students won Gold, Silver and Bronze awards at the Salon Culinaire catering competition held in Bournemouth 
  • Visit trade shows and exhibitions
  • Work experience in top hotels and restaurants including: John Lewis, BAFTA’s Piccadilly, Millennium Hotel Mayfair and Royal Ascot
  • Gain extra qualifications in food hygiene and health and safety
  • Accessible facilities for students with disabilities
