- Young people whose first language is not English. This course is ideal for those progressing from an ESOL 16-18 course.

You will study units such as:
- Creating business documents
- Welcoming visitors
- Working in business administration
- Recording business transactions
- Handling mail.
You will also study English and maths, and you may be able to study additional vocational modules in Travel and Tourism.

- Your course will include trips and visits.
- How will I be assessed?
- All units are assessed through practical assignments which are graded and an overall qualification grade calculated from the unit grades.
- Where next?
- If you successfully complete all the modules you can go on a Level 2 course, such as BTEC Level 2 Diploma in Business or Travel and Tourism.
