IMI Level 2 Motor Vehicle Maintenance
“I’ve learned all about braking systems, how an engine works, the basics of carrying out MoT checks to VOSA standards, and learning about the electrics on modern day engines. The lecturers all have experience in the industry too, which is great as they pass on valuable information to us. It’s great preparation for working in the garage of a main dealer.”
Before qualifying as a lecturer, Scott worked as a master technician for Rover, Peugeot and SEAT, as well as a specialist motorbike trainer for the AA. He is also fully qualified in engine diagnostics, bodywork alterations and spray-painting.
