Spring Grove House is an elegant building, and the perfect venue for special functions, business conferences, meetings and training evenings. It was formerly the home of Sir Joseph Banks, the 18th century botanist and explorer, and was considerably extended by Andrew Pears of the Pears Soap family in the late 19th century.

Spring Grove House is located on our Isleworth campus. It is close to the A4 and easily accessible by public transport.

Conference rooms
Most rooms have wi-fi internet access. Audio visual and conference equipment can be provided on request. Catering can be arranged for complete menus, buffets or snacks. Disabled access is via a shallow ramp and there is a disabled toilet on the ground floor.

• Board Room: This room features a large bay window and an original fireplace. It seats up to 20.
• Director’s Room: A smaller room with a large fireplace, deep red walls and dark oak panelling. This room seats up to 10.
• Banks Room: A light, airy room with French doors opening onto the terrace, chandeliers and two original fireplaces. This room seats 40.
• Captain Cook’s Room: This simply decorated room is full of natural light and features an impressive fireplace. It seats 16 and is linked to the Banks Room via a connecting door.
• Music Room: Originally the concert hall of the house, complete with minstrels’ gallery, the Music Room seats 80. It is a spacious, bright room adjoining the Winter Garden.
• Winter Garden: A large, elegant conservatory with a glass ceiling, mosaic floor and an ornately tiled alcove. Ideal for events, parties and awards ceremonies, it seats 80.
• Billiard Room: This room features dark panelling, an original fireplace and an unusual stained glass skylight. It is accessed through the Winter Garden and seats 22.

Our new Endeavour Theatre (which seats 140) and sports hall can also be hired for larger functions, shows, exhibitions, conferences and sports activities.
