West Thames College’s Creative Arts Festival drew to a close on Friday 15 June after a spectacular eight days of live performances, art displays and makeup shows across the Isleworth Campus.
The celebrations began on Wednesday 6 June with an eye-catching costume exhibition from the second year foundation degree students, followed on Thursday 7 June by the first year costume students’ show A Celebration of Dickens.
On Monday 11 June, hairdressing and barbering students came out of the salon and in to the Atrium to perform live hairdressing demos and creative displays. On the same day, first year HND performing arts students delighted a full Endeavour Theatre with the play Spring Buds.

On Tuesday 12 June, it was the turn of both the media and music technology students to showcase their skills as they took part in a live interactive TV production with a string quartet, performed and filmed a music festival in the student common room and showcased their incredible editing and production skills with a media show reel in the Endeavour theatre.

Wednesday 13 June saw the show-stopping HND dance graduation show Emotive Language, as well as the opening of the three-day art and design exhibition. On Thursday 14 June, level 3 makeup students produced one of the highlights of the week with their enchanting show Into the World of Andrew Lloyd Webber.
