On 1 January 2009 we adopted the Model Publication Scheme for public authorities. Below is an indication of the information available and how it can be obtained.
How will the college supply information?
The Guide to Information below will help you to find information that is routinely published and readily available from the College. Most of the information is available on this website, but where you need to contact the College for a document, we aim to comply with the Act by providing the information within twenty working days.
What about information not mentioned in the guide?
Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, you have the right to request any information held by the College that has not already been published and listed in the Guide to Information. Your request should be made in writing.
Are there any charges for supplying information?
The College makes no charge for downloading information from this website. The College will normally make a charge (payable in advance) for photocopying and postage. We will ask you whether you wish to continue with a request before we do work that will attract a charge.
Under the FOI Act, the College is not required to release information to which an exemption in the Act legitimately applies. This includes personal information and information of a commercially sensitive nature. If an exemption applies, we will explain why we are not releasing information.
