Enrolment - How, When, Where?
Decided which course you want to study? The next step is to enrol onto your course. Everything you need to know about enrolment is below:.
- How Do I Enrol?
You can come to the college on any of the dates on our enrolment calendar (dates listed below). We do advise that you come into the college and enrol as early as possible to ensure you secure your place on your course.
It’s important that you bring with you your ID and evidence of exam results (along with details of any loans or financial assistance you’re applying for if you’re 19+).

Got the results you need? Just come along to the college and we’ll get you through the enrolment process, all ready to start your course this September!
I didn’t get the results I need – What next?
We have a huge range of courses available at all levels, so if you’re GCSE results are lower than expected, come along to one of enrolment days or your appointment anyway. Our Careers & Guidance team will help you discuss your options, and help you get onto the right course, ready to start in September.
Applied and not received an offer / I haven’t applied yet
Just come along to one of our enrolment days. We’ll make sure you speak to the right people and ensure that you’re enrolled onto the right course for you that helps you where you want to go. Our Careers & Guidance team will help you discuss your options. You can apply and enrol on the same day!
- When Can I Enrol?
Our Isleworth campus and the Skills + Logistics Centre, Feltham will be open for enrolment at the dates and time listed below. You will need to make sure that you go to the campus where your course is based.
If you want to study Construction, Engineering or Motor Vehicle Maintenance courses you should go to the Skills + Logistics Centre to enrol, 77 Boundaries Road, Feltham, TW13 4DR.
Enrolment Dates: Opening Times: Other Information: Wednesday 22 August 9:00am–6:30pm Only for applicants NOT waiting for GCSE results Thursday 23 August 9:00am–6:30pm GCSE results released Friday 24 August 9:00am–4:00pm Tuesday 28 August – Thursday 30 August 9:00am–6:30pm Friday 31 August 9:00am–4:00pm Monday 03 September – Tuesday 04 September 9:00am–6:30pm
- What Happens At Enrolment?
This will depend on the course you’ve chosen and if you’ve already applied or not, but will include:
Filling in an application form (if you have already received an offer you skip this step)
Interview with a tutor to check through your academic evidence (certificates etc), and confirm the course you want to enrol on
Processing by the Admissions team, which includes taking your photos for your College ID card.
You may also have:
English & Maths assessments if you are unable to provide evidence of your English & Maths GCSE grades. These assessments are not exams, there just to check your current level, so that we can make sure that you’re enrolled onto the right course.
A chat with our Learning Support team if required.
Fee assessment if required.

- What Do I Need To Bring?
To enrol you will need to bring:
ID – passport, birth certificate, driving license or National Insurance card
Exam result slips or certificates
Enrolment letter and course offer if you have them
Evidence of any loans you will be receiving, including Student Loan and Advanced Learner Loan
If you’re not an EU national you will also need to bring the following:
Evidence of your right to live and study in the UK
If you’re on income-based benefits and looking at a fee discount:
Evidence of benefits received in your household (e.eg. official notification letter, or bank statement dated within the last two months showing your current address)
Your National Insurance number if you receive JSA or ESA.
- When Does My Course Start?
We have our Induction Week commencing 03 September. You will be given the date for your induction at enrolment. During your induction you will be given your course timetable, meet your tutor group and shown around the college.
Fulltime courses begin week commencing 10 September. Part time courses begin week commencing 17 September.
