About the Course
The course uses a computer based learning package. Your tutor will introduce you to Galileo and what can be done with it. You will then be able to work at your own speed. This programme uses real examples from airlines and airports around the world and consists of introductions to a subject, exercises and mini tests.
You will use learning materials, both on-line and hard copy. Tutors are present throughout each session to provide help when required and to ensure that you progress satisfactorily. Your tutors have experience in the field of travel. If something new appears on your screen they will use real examples to explain how and why the system works. The review sessions on the screen allow you to see just how well you are doing.
