This qualification enables students to develop a broad knowledge, skills and awareness of the key aspects of the business sector through studying a range of business related units. Learners will explore areas in key business functions within in the of Business Management, Customer Service and Marketing, Finance and HRM, Operations and Logistics. The qualification is for learners who work, or wish to work, in a managerial or senior administrator capacity within a business environment.

About the Course
To achieve the qualifications learners are expected to achieve a number of credits based on the size of qualifications they are studying. To achieve a full certificate, learners must achieve a total of 28 credits and to achieve a full Diploma learners are expected to achieve a total of 42 credits. You will study the following units:

- Principles of Marketing
- Human Resource Management
- Principles of Budget Management

A full level 3 qualification including GCSE maths and English at grade 4-9 or Grade A-C.

Progression
On completion, of the programme, learners can also progress to full-time employment in the business sector. Learners may also wish to continue their studies to a level 5 qualification or progress to further study a different qualification at the same level
