Entry Requirements
Applicants for level 2 - intermediate courses should have at least two GCSEs at grade 3 or above or equivalent and/or a pass in a relevant Level 1 qualification, or relevant experience for mature applicants.
Next move - Progress onto a relevant level 3 advanced course or onto an Apprenticeship or into employment.

Progression
This course provides a good grounding to go on to a Level 3 Qualification or an advanced apprenticeship. To gain the full electrician certificate you will have 4 years of industrial experience in electrical installations, and have obtained the Level 2 and Level 3 technical certificates or an NVQ Level 3.

Assessment will take the form of online multiple choice tests and practical assignments.
