Marta Gajewska assumed the role of CEO and Principal at West Thames College in July 2025. A seasoned leader in further education with over twenty years of experience, she brings a dynamic vision focused on inclusive learning, student success, and skills development tailored to the needs of both individuals and the local economy.
As Principal and CEO, Gajewska leads one of London’s top-performing further education institutions—consistently ranked number one in the capital for student achievement and most recently awarded an “Outstanding” Ofsted rating in December 2024. She emphasises the importance of quality, responsive education that prepares learners for future study, work, and life, grounded in strong community and employer partnerships and a commitment to creating a welcoming, empowering environment for all.
